everything excellent. this is hard to do but it was done. great help before, during and after. We had great room, perfect location, wonderful people, very nice accommodation and paris was another beautiful city to visit as we have for over 40 years.

The room was as I expected, quite small but updated. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very lumpy. My room was number 11 on the first floor which was an awful location due to the proximity to the lobby reception area and the stairway which was extremely noisy the entire night. There was a loose screw in the floor entering the bathroom which I almost cut my foot on. The shower floor was extraordinarily slippery and I almost fell several times. The location is quite good with several cafés across the street and a pharmacy on the corner. If the hotel could somehow control the noise situation it would be an acceptable place.

Hotel is close to Roland Garros stadium and Parc des Princes stadium. Metro station is just around the corner. Few bistros are in vicinity. Great location. Hotel is good for the price, Room was small but very clean. Bathroom clean with fresh towels and shampoo. Toilet was separate from bathromm which is great. During our stay elevator was broken and room was on 6th floor... We didn`t took breakfast which is 10€. Bakery and several stores including Lidl are very close. It is OK for few nights of Paris.

France had closed borders, the country was in lockdown (26-29.3) and flights cancelled, but hotel refused to refund (not even as a voucher to use the booking at a later stage). We have tried to reach out to the hotel tens of times, with no avail. This is only one of approx 200 hotels we deals with for similar reasons and EVERY OTHER hotel has accepted to apply force majoire cancellation policies in a situation where the client has not been able to reach the detination due to force-majoire. Most hotels have refunded in cash, a few have agreed to change the date free of charge for the future. A hotel that is not capable of following industry practices during these difficult times is not worthy of any clients so i strongly advise to avoid this hotel, not for compassion but also for your own safety. There is no guarantee, quite the contrary, practical proof that if something would go wrong, the hotel will not change their opinion. Even if you were right.

We are a couple of Greece and we booked a reservation in the MURAT hotel for three nights (03/21/20-03/24/20), throught a travel agency. In Paris, because of the corona virus, this period the city was empty, all the sightseen had been closed and people had to stay in home and not walking around. Under these circumstances ryanair offered us the changing of our airtickets and we and the travel agency contacted with the hotel to change our reservation too for other dates. As we could not travel, not because we did not want to, but because of force majeure, even though, the hotel didn't accept the changing of our reservation for other dates.... We only wanted to travel after the summer, not to give us back our money and we told them also we were willing to pay for any extra charge if our reservation was transfered in other dates....
